Design Engineer

Scope and Dimensions:

Co-ordinate with Technical and Quality team and arrange the required product drawings as per requirement.

Daily requirement to be adhered for branding labels.

Focus on continuous improvement & cost saving activities by improving the tool design.

Co-ordinate with Maintenance and Production team and arrange the required Tool / Layout drawings as per requirement.

Recreate the drawing for the Tools and m/c parts.

Reduce the inventory and maintain the defined level in label room.

Maintain 5S.

Maintain safe working condition and adhering to Ammega safety standards.

Requirements of the job:

3+ Years Experience in Design and Development.

B.E / Diploma in Mechanical / Design related discipline with working background in Rubber industry or related field may have added advantage.

Proficiency in AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS and CORELDRAW.

Capability to measure and draft the drawing for Tools, M/c parts.

Good Communication Skill.

Effective listening, Willingness to learn

Proficiency in languages- English & Tamil.

Understanding of ISO/IATF16949 Systems
