One of our pathology clients are in need of experienced HR individuals to join their team in Pretoria on a 6-month contract.
Responsibilities:
Engagement and termination packs
Recruitment and selection
Data capturing - payroll
Grievances / disciplinaries
Report writing
Coordinate roadshows and training sessions
Leave administration
Orientation and induction
Policies and procedures
Must have:
Grade 12 completed
Tertiary HR related qualification
No less than 3 years' HR generalist experience
Must have Labour relations / Industrial Relations experience
Must have worked on HR systems - like ORACLE
Knowledge of EE, labour legislation, performance management systems, payroll processes
Excellent English communication - written and verbal
Strong administration skills
