HVAC Mechanic / Service Technician

Job Description

Looking For an Experienced HVAC Mechanic / Service Technician with 3+ years of experience in the HVAC Industry who is familiar with working in High End Residential Apartments. Applicant must be familiar with Basic Line / Low voltage wiring and understand basic fundamentals of HVAC systems operation. Must be able to efficiently troubleshoot and diagnose issues with various different HVAC systems. Must be able to perform routine preventative maintenance inspections and cleanings on various different HVAC systems.

Must be familiar with - PTAC Units, Water Source Heat Pump Units, Air Cooled Split Systems, Fan Coil Units & VRF Daikin, Mitsubishi and LG SystemsCompany Description
