Synergy Bioscience is a pharmaceutical contract research organization (CRO) serving various life sciences industries. Due to business growth, we are currently seeking highly qualified chemists with extensive analytical chemistry experience and the ability to work independently on laboratory instruments and create technical reports.

Position: 10 Chemists

Role and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and validating analytical chemistry test methods, among other product development and testing activities. They will analyze results, interpret data, and provide both written and oral reports in collaboration with the laboratory manager.

Adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations is expected. The individual will also ensure that the R&D lab remains a GMP-compliant and safe working environment. Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining sample documentation and specifications to ensure product safety, verification, traceability, and incident management.

Conducting test method development/validation using at least one of the following analytical instruments: LC-MS, GC-MC, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, Dissolution Apparatus, and Total Organic Chemistry Analyzer, among many others.

Carrying out instrument calibration and system suitability checks as needed.

Creating analytical sequences using the operating system of any of the above-mentioned instruments.

Upholding health and safety procedures compliance.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytical chemistry testing using at least one of the above-mentioned instruments.

Exceptional technical writing skills.

Outstanding verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

In-depth knowledge of US FDA regulations.

Strong organizational skills.

Skills Required:
