Job Title: Sales Support Administrator
Location: Remote (primarily California)
Hours: 7am - 4pm PST (9am - 6pm CST)
Pay: $16- $19
Interviews: MS Teams with Video Preferred
Job Summary:
Seeking a Sales Support Aligner Administrator for the USAC Oral Care Orthodontic Division. Responsible for sales administrative tasks, including data entry, report analysis, customer communication, and marketing material distribution. Requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
Basic Qualifications:
Computer proficiency and Microsoft Office skills.
Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree.
Experience with Salesforce.com.
Bilingual skills (e.g., French) a plus.
