Customer service performance report organization
Assist CS for parts/tools ordering
Education and experience
Bachelor degree and above in Business Administration, or comparable
Skills
Fluent English skill
Microsoft application skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
Sets priorities and structures daily operations, plans ahead and keeps deadlines.
Good documentation management and data analysis skill.
Pays attention to details, consistently adheres to rules, procedures and processes. Learning mindset, actively learns and develops based on experience and feedback.
Other information
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
