Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Location: Huntington Beach, Ca
Shift: Monday through Friday; 8:00AM - 4:45 PM
Job Description:
- Answer customer calls and actively listen to identify their issues.
- Build customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trust.
- Enter customer orders and returns in ERP system.
- Troubleshoot problems and resolve a range of customer issues.
- Perform additional assignments per manager's direction.
Required Skills:
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding).
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain things clearly.
- Proactive problem-solving and reliable task completion.
- Strong time management skills with multitasking ability.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ownership of responsibilities.
- Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good judgement, discretion, and adherence to attendance standards.
- Ability to work with office equipment (computers, calculators, etc.).
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate required.
- At least six (6) months of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
- Experience in manufacturing or ERP systems is a plus.Company Description
