Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial activities including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Strong experience in accounting or finance roles, with several years in a managerial or supervisory position.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
