Directs and leads the marketing team in order to build and grow the brand equity of TIIC and its banner products as well as achieve sales targets.
Oversees the effective planning and implementation of the department’s functions such as market research, marketing plan preparation, implementation, and evaluation, product development and management, brand management, and marketing communications.
Initiates development of guidelines and processes and manage the marketing department’s activities to ensure team’s alignment and achievement of departmental and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a college degree in any Business or Sales/Marketing related course.
With at least 8 years of experience in Sales/Marketing related field.
With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in leading a team.
