Finance Manager Alternative Work Setup Makati City

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest property management companies in the Philippines. We are seeking a Finance Manager for an exciting opportunity. This position offers a flexible work arrangement, with one week of work from home and one week of reporting to the office in Makati City.

Responsibilities:

Manage the bookkeeping, monitoring, and control of financial transactions for the property.

Provide accurate financial information to assist management and operations in evaluating financial results.

Monitor billing and collection processes.

Prepare and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from BIR, External Auditor, and SEC.

Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.

Review and analyze year-end forecasts and annual budgets per property.

Address additional financial report requests from the BOT/Finance Committee.

Requirements:

CPA certification.

Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in financial reporting and general accounting.

Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and all areas of Finance.

Excellent communication skills.

Customer-oriented.
