Talent Acquisition Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the staffing objectives of Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines Inc. (PCPPI) based on the Recruitment Plan.

S/he will be responsible in generating, building and maintaining strong candidate pipeline for current and future talent requirements of PCPPI.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Science, or other related discipline.

With at least three (3) years working experience in end-to-end recruitment and familiar with various sourcing channels.

Certified Targeted Selection Interviewer is preferred.

Shared service or FMCG experience is a plus.

Must have good communication, collaboration and analytical skills.

Highly organized and can handle recruitment for multiple locations.

Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
