JOB SUMMARY:
Store Manager responsibilities include maintaining the store’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate daily front of the house and back of the restaurant operations
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Regularly review products quality and research new target customers
Organize and supervise shifts
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
Recommend ways to reach a broader audience
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurants operations
Conduct yearly Managing Better Shift (MBS) Evaluation on Assistant Manager
Conduct quarterly store QA Evaluation Form
Conduct Semi-annual store building Evaluation Form
Ensure all permits are renewed and up to date
Prepare store for the quarterly evaluation of Wenphil and Wendy’s International
Monitor store inventory
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
Must have at least 3-5 years Hospitality or Fast Food Industry experience (Required)
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Must have the ability to manage people on a busy operation
Comfortable working in an emerging-growth company environment
Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail
Executes appropriate plans to resolve unfavorable trends and enhance sales.
