BPO Risk Senior Manager

The role of a Risk Sr. Manager would involve overseeing and managing risk management functions within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Risk Assessment & Mitigation: responsible for identifying and assessing potential risks that could impact the company’s operations.

Risk Reporting and Communication: prepare and risk reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Internal Controls and Audit: establish and maintain internal control mechanisms to safeguard organizations assets, working closely with internal audit teams and assess control effectiveness and address any identified deficiencies.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree, any field.

Experience in managing operations within a BPO and shared services setting.

At least 5-6 years risk management experience.

Strong leadership and people management.

Experience to ISO, security standards, BCMS frameworks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
