What is your mission?

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be working with our Largest Online Booking Account to deliver outstanding customer experience through phone and email. You will be the first point-of-contact to handle and resolve customer concerns.

Who are we looking for?

High School Graduate

Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience

Preferably with blended customer service experience (voice and non-voice)

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Positive, self-motivated and energetic

Amenable to work rotating shifts

Can work in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
