WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop, lead, monitor and coordinate (with all concerned functional groups) business plans and programs of his assigned territory/accounts within the approved Sales and Distribution strategies.
Implement guidelines with the objective of achieving distribution, revenue and profitability targets
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Study/Marketing/Administration/Management/Commerce or equivalent.
With at least three (3) years sales experience gained from FMCG and with experience handling accounts like supermarket, distributors, modern wholesalers and food services or institutional accounts.
S/he must have strong understanding of market dynamics for fast moving consumer goods.
Candidates with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills are preferred.
Must be highly organized and customer service oriented.
Must know how to drive and has a valid professional driver's license.
