Senior Systems and Network Engineer- Candidates only

3 - 5 years of solid experience in Systems administration position, preferably in an MSP environment

Advanced technical troubleshooting experience, recognizing and resolving issues in several IT environments.

Strong proficiency in end-customer communication skills, with the ability to successfully identify and address concerns.

Administration experience with Windows AD environments, storage area networks, DHCP, and DNS

Robust knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Microsoft Failover Cluster, Microsoft Hyper-V Manager, Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM)

Experience with hypervisors and virtualizations sub-systems

Administration experience with Microsoft Azure, Office365 and AWS.

Desktop support expertise, including Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, and Office 365.

Proficient in administering and troubleshooting VoIP system.

Skilled in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco network equipment

Expertise in Storage Arrays and backup tools
