An HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of our People & Culture team based in Brisbane, Australia. He/She handle tasks related to personnel records, data management, and learning & development assistance.
Monitor and maintain team mailbox
Liaise with Brisbane support services on employee administrative matters
Drafting of general employee letters (e.g., jury duty excusals, employment verifications, contract variations)
Assist with scheduling and organisation of P&C events and initiatives
Assist with internal communications (e.g., fortnightly P&C Update, announcements)
Follow up outstanding Evolve training completion and probation reviews
Ensure all Recruitment documents are filed, and activity trackers are up to date
Assist with regular P&C reporting
Schedule calendar reminders for Casual and Visa Staff
Set up, manage, and remove system access (e.g., Culture Amp, Evolve, Greenhouse)
File all onboarding & offboarding documents (e.g., contracts, reference checks, resignation letters)
Launch and follow up all probation reviews
Launch and schedule exit survey & interviews
Assist in room bookings; sending training invitations, feedback forms and training recordings
Skills and requirements of HR Administrator are:
Professional skill-level of English verbal and written communication
High level of attention to detail
Well-developed computer literacy to ensure efficiency and productivity
Display initiative and willingness to learn
