Responsibilities:
Conduct installation, configuration, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of all hardware systems
Install enterprise software and dedicated hardware
Service all IT matters including domain management, system procurement, communication tools, user account management, access control and desktop and remote support
Run regular maintenance checks on company hardware and software and ensure relevant updates are installed
Monitor system and network performance, provide availability and security management
Manage and update all network device operating system and firmware, upkeep all security firewall rules and manage VPN across different networks
Ensure a disaster recovery plan and strategy is in place for all critical systems
Work with the team to optimize new policies, procedures and workflow for current systems and new projects to ensure seamless continuity
Ensure that all hardware and software is compliant with organization and industry standards
Assist in project-related activities as required
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related course
At least 3 years relevant experience in providing IT support in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment
Experience in Windows OS, OS X and other open-source applications
Experience in a retail environment a big plus
Self-starter and self-driven
Good verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated and detail oriented
Amenable to work beyond working hours
