College graduate of any course, preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management;
At least three (3) years of working experience in restaurant operations, six (6) month of which in supervisory capacity;
Good grasp of overall restaurant operations;
Strong leadership potentials and keen on details;
Excellent interpersonal skills and moderately conversant in English.
