- Have 2 years or more experience as Auto Painter.

- Have NC II, Certificate of Employment or any related training certificates.

Job Description:

Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers or sealers to achieve smooth and even surfaces.

Mix and match paint colors to vehicle manufacturer specifications or customer preferences using paint mixing equipment and color-matching techniques.

Apply paint coats using spray guns and other painting equipment to achieve desired finish and coverage, ensuring proper adhesion and durability.

Mask and tape off areas not to be painted, such as windows, trim, and other components, to protect them from overspray.

Inspect finished paint jobs to ensure they meet quality standards, including color match, gloss level, and overall appearance.

Perform paint touch-ups and repairs on vehicles to fix imperfections or damage, blending new paint with existing paintwork.
