Are you a multitasking guru with exceptional organizational skills and a talent for customer engagement? We are seeking a versatile Administrative Virtual Assistant with Cold Calling/Inbound Leads expertise to join our remote team. This role offers the opportunity to work from home and make a significant impact on our business growth. Experience in working with Real Estate is a plus. Communication and Organizational skills are needed to communicate effectively in the position.
This position is $5/Hour
Monday - Friday
Shifts are 4 hours each day following the Eastern Time zone
We will train you for the position.
Skills Needed:
Know your way around a computer, the Internet, and using computer software in general
You must have a dedicated home office free of distractions and noise.
You must have a great internet connection and a laptop or computer
Proficiency in English is REQUIRED
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or virtual assistant.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
Previous experience in cold calling and lead generation preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Have interpersonal skills, and be comfortable talking to and dealing with people – via phone, email, etc.
Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, through various communication channels (phone and email, etc.).Data Entry and Database Management: Enter property listings, client information, and other relevant data into the real estate database Podio CRM system. Update and maintain the database regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Manage administrative tasks such as email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and document creation.
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Handle inbound inquiries from prospective clients, providing information about our products/services and qualifying leads.
Follow up with leads through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and handoff of qualified leads.
