NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Fixed Income e-Trading Consultant to work onsite with our global client in New York City.

Responsibilities:

Capture user requirements and define appropriate solutions in line with the aims of the business and IT strategy. Advise on best practice for e-Trading platform architecture.

Produce written specifications, ensuring they are reviewed and validated by users, peers and other stakeholders.

Produce and manage project plans and ensure communication of progress.

Work alongside production support teams to roll out changes/new functionality.

Analyze and project manage developments on pricing and electronic markets applications.

Provide third line support of applications for front-office users.

Participate as part of a global development/BA team.

Work closely with Global QA team; participate in end-to-end testing and functional UAT.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience implementing integrated e-Trading platforms/workflows.

Experience working in a Fixed Income Front Office Environment (Credit preferred).

Experience working with FIX messaging protocol.

Experience working in a technology team at large global investment bank.

Proven ability to deliver IT development projects (ideally with experience in front office environment).

Experience analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements.

Proficiency in SQL and experience working with SQL Server and/or Oracle.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people in different teams globally.

Bachelor degree in an applicable subject matter (Engineering, Computer Science, Math, etc.)

Nice-to-Have:

Knowledge of Credit Products (Corporate Bonds, CDS, CDS Index and Secondary Loans) and their trade processing.

Knowledge of Credit ETF Products and their trade processing.

Knowledge of D2D and D2C cash order management and pre-trade workflows.

Strong project management ability with experience managing regular steering meetings with business sponsors and stakeholders.

Working knowledge of ION Trading Services (Connectivity, STP, RFQ and MMI).

Knowledge of SDLC and prior experience working on software development projects.

Familiarity with modern source control systems such as Git, SVN, Perforce, or Source Safe.

Location:

Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite
