Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 9A – 6P (no weekends and no on-call)

Salary:

• NP - Base of $140,000 -$150,000 + 10.5% annual bonus paid monthly base on KPI’s

Permanent/Direct Hire-Full Time

On Call: N/A

Relocation: Depending on the candidate’s availability for relocation, some relocation assistance can be provided.

pre-employment screens and services, and preventative services including vaccinations and flu shots at each of its locations.

Works with every size and type of employer to treat on-the-job injuries. Staffed with occupational health specialists using state-of-the-art systems, provides excellent service and delivers efficient outcomes.

Job Description

Performs medical assessments of Center patients.

Establishes and monitors a medically appropriate level of care for Center patients.

Maintain clinical core competency.

Work with Chief Medical Officer and Regional Medical Directors to ensure operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards of Centers. Collaboration with center leadership team to positively impact quality of care, client and patient satisfaction and center performance.
