Overview:

Hudson's Restaurant is a family-owned establishment entering into a new business venture and we are looking for highly skilled and motivated Hosts / Hostesses to join our team. As a Host / Hostess, you will be responsible for preparing restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order, attending to customers upon entrance, presenting restaurant menus, collaborating with other restaurant servers, and promoting dedication from customers. We are seeking individuals with a customer-oriented approach, excellent people skills, and a strong attention to cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities:

Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order

Attend to customers upon entrance

Present restaurant menus

Collaborate with other restaurant servers

Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude

Promote dedication from customers

Mandatory Qualifications:

Must have weekend availability

Must have reliable transportation

Hudson's Restaurant and Catering is a family owned and operated restaurant. The owners are brothers, JJ and Kevin Altomare graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and have been creating memorable dishes and experiences together for the past 16 years in Northeast Ohio. We currently offer lunch and dinner 6 days per week, as well as brunch on Saturdays. We also have created pop up bars for Halloween and Christmas! Nightmare Before Blitzen's and Blitzen's. We love creating and sharing special menus, drinks and experiences with our guests!
