Position: Coordinator, Scheduling Reporting to: Manager, Scheduling Location: Santa Monica, CA Game Show Network's Scheduling & Acquisitions department is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join the team.

This position will consist of varied projects on an as-needed basis, including but not limited to coordinating with other members of the scheduling department and other departments on scheduling initiatives for several television networks across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Performing daily functions in the scheduling database to coordinate and maintain the linear schedule for GetTV and other networks, as needed * Generating and distributing weekly program schedule grids, reports, and compiling information from multiple databases * Utilizing and maintaining air order and other spreadsheets and managing episodic run counts * Working with other departments to make sure episodic and schedule data accurately flows to and from the scheduling database * Assisting with metadata creation and management of episodic content * Generating and maintaining multiple excel-based spreadsheets (including heavy data-entry) * Performing research and maintaining spreadsheets related to competitive programming, potential acquisitions, and standards * Managing administrative tasks and record-keeping related to show content, schedules, standards, and acquisitions * Assisting with administrative support for Executive Director as well as providing administrative and back-up support for other team members when needed * Completing special projects as assigned Required knowledge, skills & abilities: * Will embody our culture of being collaborative, a self-starter, competitive, passionate, bold, distinctive, innovative, creative and able to have fun!

* Adept on all MS Office software and have solid experience with database applications.

* Strong working knowledge of traditional television, multiplatform viewing & new media industries.

* Very comfortable with heavy internet research and data entry.

* The ability to collaborate across the organization to achieve goals.

* Genuine desire to be proactive during downtime and to help other team members succeed.

Education Qualifications: Required Minimum: BA/BS Degree or commensurate television experience Experience Qualifications: Required Minimum: The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years television industry experience in Program Scheduling or related experience in Traffic, Promo Scheduling, Media Planning, Research, Marketing, Sales Operations, or Interactive/New Media.

Preferred: Experience with a scheduling or traffic database is a plus, but not required.
