Client Service Specialist

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.

* Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.

* Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Education & Experience * High School Diploma or GED * 0-2 years experience as assembly line lead CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES * Professional certification may be required in some areas.
