QA/QC Manager

Job Description

Requirements:

Must have 5+ years of direct QA/QC Manager experience working on apartments, hospitals, libraries, schools and/or universities in the DMV area ranging 20M+ in size

Must have experience using Timberline (Sage 300 for Construction and Real Estate)

Must be fully vaccinated

Possess an optimistic and positive attitude, must be able to succeed in a deadline-driven environment

Ability to effectively prioritize, organize and complete assigned work

Excellent communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels, both internal and external

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

What Is Offered:

Salary Range: $80,000 - 100,000 commensurate with experience + Up to 10% in an annual discretionary bonus
