POSITION SUMMARY

The Chief Psychologist will be responsible to assess, diagnose, and treat mental and emotional disorders of individuals through observation, interview, and psychological tests. Help individuals with distress or maladjustment understand their problems through their knowledge of case history, interviews with patients, and theory. As well as offer supervision to the team of Psychologists in the OMHC and the Schools.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree school psychology from a Maryland program approved to lead to licensure required; Doctorate degree preferred.

Valid Nationally Certified School Psychologist certificate issued by the National School Psychology Certification Board (NCSP) in any state

Independent and effective problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills with a teamwork approach

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems

Employment with Interdynamics is contingent upon completing screening requirements (including, but not limited to, Criminal Background Check and State Child Abuse Registry Clearance).
