Responsibilities:

OBXtek is seeking a Project Manager (PM) II to Mobility Air Force Command and Control Systems at Scott AFB using Agile Methodology, migrating to development in a Cloud environment.

The Project Manager tasks are:

Attend sprint planning, sprint reviews, and service requirements.

Monitor, coordinate and maintain the Project Schedule using MicroSoft Project.

Update and monitor the spend plan, provide annual updates to the budget, and initiate any hardware and software purchases.

Required to work with Functional Users to better understand their needs and create Change Requests.

Responsible for maintaining a SharePoint site. All deliverables and documentation will be stored on this site and updated by the PM.

Required to attend all Change Control Board (CCB), Sustainment Review Board (SRB), and other meetings to verify that the information being presented in the meeting is in the best interest of the PMO and document applicable information.

Also, due to the unique shared resource nature of this contract, may be asked to assist in supporting other Programs within the Program Lifecycle Management Services (PLMS) purview.

Qualifications:

Active Secret Clearance required.

Bachelors in IT preferred

3+ years experience

Must have strong writing and verbal skills and drafts various administrative and technical documents for the GPM, such as:

Change Requests, Release Specifications Agreements (RSAs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Security documentation, Interim Authority to Test (IATT), Risk Management Framework (RMF) process documents, Lifecycle Management Documents, including Lifecycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), Configuration Management Plans (CMP), and Transition Plans, Cost, Scope and Performance Management Plans, and other required documentation.
