Provider Recruitment Associate

Overview:

This position is fully remote with the expectation that in-person meetings and events will be required from time to time.

The Provider Recruitment Associate reports to the Manager of Provider Recruitment and is responsible for assisting the Provider Recruitment and Physician Liaison departments. For the Provider Recruitment department, the position is responsible for tracking physician LOIs and contracts (both new and amended), signing bonuses, forgivable loans, interview and house hunting reimbursements, overseeing DocuSign to include complete document retrieval when necessary, and investigating inconsistencies on the budget variance report. This position requires daily use of excel for tracking physician contracts, reimbursements, bonuses, and for reconciling the budget variance reports.

For both Provider Recruitment and System Liaison departments, the position is responsible for ordering office supplies and equipment, processing departmental expenses, serving as department security liaison, and timekeeper.

This role requires excellent time management and communication skills.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma, required. Associates degree, preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in office administration, required. 2 years healthcare experience and financial, human resources or analytics, preferred.

Additional skills required: Position requires collaboration across Novant system and in the community as well as significant interaction at very senior levels. Utmost professionalism is required.
