Role Impact:

Key Responsibilities:

Embed a process-driven, continuous improvement methodology within the company's operations.

Lead and train teams on lean manufacturing methods and advanced problem-solving techniques to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

Support and validate continuous process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement, driving the development of an engaged and empowered workforce.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in a Lean/Operations Excellence role, preferably within a technology manufacturing environment.

Proven project management skills and a robust understanding of Lean principles and ISO compliance.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading transformation initiatives and managing high-stress situations effectively.
