Job Description

High end dental boutique seeking a personable, highly motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant with extensive experience in patient care, sterilization, inventory management and dental diagnostic x-rays aiding in identifying, and addressing potential issues early. This "DENTAL SPA" is small and operates in a family environment so being able to work well with others is imperative! We pride ourselves on ensuring all patients feel at ease and remain comfortable from the point of greeting throughout treatment.

Duties:

•Welcome patients in the dental suite

•Prepare patients for dental exams and provide comfort while assisting dentist during the

examination.

•Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to regulation

•Prepare dental instruments and filling materials.

•Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry

•Teach patients about oral hygiene.

•Positive vibes are a MUST

Requirements:

•Consistent professional appearance and attitude.

•Certification or associate degree in an accredited dental assisting program.

•Dental x-ray certification.

•High school diploma or equivalent.

•Completion of Dental Hygiene Program.

•Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

•Good written and verbal communication skills.

•Able to provide great patient care.
