Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Experienced with Maintenance Manuals, illustrated parts Catalog, Blueprints, ATA Codes, Service Bulletins, routine and non-routines and other related maintenance documents.

Experience with wet layups.

Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language.

Desire to work in a small firm environment, which requires a broad range of skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to operate safely all ground support equipment, (i.e., Main Lifts, Scissor Lifts, etc.) and possess the Company operating certification.

Perform hot bond repairs with Heatcon Hot Bonders.

Perform metal prep and metal bonds on wing with hot bonders.

Perform composite material hot bonds with hot bonders.

Proficiency with reading and understanding manual references for assigned jobs.

Abilities and Skills:

Attention to detail is imperative.

Must be able to multi-task.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds.

Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, twist, kneel, crouch, and stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as walk extended distances.

Must be able to climb stairs, ladders and/service stands.

Must have normal corrected hearing and vision.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.
