Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent - Remodeling to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

Read and understand detailed drawings

Understands sequencing and ability to schedule a project

Experience with procurement of materials well in advance of installation timing

Ability to make decisions and adjust in a fast paced environment

Ability to run multiple jobs at one time

Proficient in project management software, Microsoft excel, word, etc.

Good People skills

At least 5 years experience
