Job Description
As a Line Cook, you will work under the leadership of the restaurant’s Executive Chef and assist with all meal creation activities.
Responsibilities:
o Follow clear direction in food preparation and storing
o Ensure that all food is ready for meal preparations
o Execute techniques under the direction of the Sous Chef and Executive Chef
Knowledge & Skills:
o Strong ability to listen and understand specific directions for food preparation and techniques
o Understand English in order to execute recipes
o Ability to communicate in an excellent fashion within a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
o Culinary experience
