A private gated community in East Asheville is looking for a communications coordinator for their Design Review Committee. This is a part-time position that requires attendance at monthly meetings with property owners, contractors, architects and landscape architects as well as timely response to issues that arise from these meetings and others that may arise the rest of the month.Clear communication and organizational skills are paramount; familiarity with architecture, building, construction landscaping would be a bonus.

The committee is composed of three resident volunteers and two professionals, an architect and a landscape architect. Between twenty and forty hours a month and mileage allowance. Starting wage is $25/hour. May be adjusted based on experience. We would prefer the candidate within 45 minute drive of the community.
