(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Nurse Practitioner - We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nephrology Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care to patients with kidney disease. The Nephrology

Nurse Practitioner will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to manage acute and chronic renal diseases and related complications. Will

train in Nephrology if needed.

Location: Coatesville or Westchester, PA

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with renal disease, including medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic testing.

Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with acute and chronic renal disease, in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Manage and monitor patients undergoing dialysis or kidney transplant.

Monitor and manage the patient's electrolyte balance, fluid volume status, and acid-base balance.

Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory and diagnostic tests.

Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on kidney disease management, lifestyle changes, and self-care.

Prescribe medications and treatments within the scope of practice.

Coordinate with other healthcare providers, including primary care physicians, specialists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects related to nephrology.

Requirements:

Master's degree in nursing, with a specialty in Nephrology.

Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania.

Board certification as a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner.

Minimum of 1 years of experience in Nephrology.

Strong clinical skills, with the ability to perform a comprehensive assessment, diagnose and manage renal disease, and develop and implement individualized

care plans.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

Commitment to quality improvement and patient safety.

Salary of $120,000 to $140,000 annually
