Job Description

We are seeking a full-cycle recruiter to work on a contract basis. Open to hybrid or remote.

The Recruiter will be responsible for both managing our existing recruitment process and creating new tactics to attract top talent. This individual will be sourcing candidates across a multitude of industries, conducting interviews, and nurturing productive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Duties will include:

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies, operations, and procedures.

2. Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.

3. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and conducting initial interviews.

4. Providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits to potential candidates.

5. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees.

6. Coordinate and arrange interviews by partnering with hiring managers and teams.

7. Foster long-term relationships with candidates and potential candidates.

8. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

9. Conduct job offer processes and handle paperwork and documentation.

10. Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and ensure the company's compliance.
