Role Overview: NIIT's Career Education Business delivers a diverse range of learning and talent development programs to millions of individual and corporate learners in areas including Banking, Finance & Insurance, Retail Sales Enablement, Management Education, Multi-Sectorial Vocational Skills, Digital Media Marketing, and programs in digital transformation technologies.

This focuses on providing employability skills to learners along with value add courses.

We are looking out for an experienced UX Lead to build new age learner experiences for end-to-end lifecycle to grow our Customer base and expand NIIT's offerings in line with the latest skilling/development programs that are in demand.

Job Overview: Driving product growth and delivery of digital learning programs by leading product roadmap, understanding market and customer requirements, building product solutions to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and return customers.

Job Responsibilities : Expertise : End-to-end designer proficient in UI/UX/IA (user journeys, wireframes, flows etc). Tools: Skilled in Figma, and prototyping tools like InVision/ProtoPie.

Collaboration : Worked with diverse teams including product managers, researchers, visual designers, and most importantly developers.

Deliverables : Responsive UI, emphasis on pixel–perfect assets, multi-platform (mobile/web), design systems Methodology : Human-centered design, UX laws/heuristics, usability best practices, end-user testing Design Systems : Experience in creating and implementing design systems, including knowledge of Material Design and Apple HIG Understanding : Strong grasp of interaction design, HCI principles, visual design, and user psychology.

Project: Has worked in Agile teams in sprints, and iterative workflows, has worked on real products, has an understanding of product metrics, can take end-end ownership Most importantly : A portfolio of work done is a must.
