This B2B Sales Manager role requires relocation to Richmond, Virginia. It does come with a relocation package, but if you are not 100% able to move and do a hybrid model of 4 days per week on-site, this role is not for you and you cannot be considered. Also must be a US Citizen or current Green Card holder based on client requirements; no sponsorship.

We are placing a few B2B Sales Managers at one of our clients in coastal Virginia. This is a Player / Coach role; you will not be doing the sales yourself, but you must be able to show your team (role play and hop on coaching calls in a live environment) areas to improve, etc.

*This will be a quick process - interview process is just two interviews; one by video and the final on-site in VA.

Salary range $90,000 - $115,000. The bonus potential puts it at $160,000 if all targets are met for the team.

Overview:

The main function of this role will be managing a team of up to 10 inside sales specialists that are selling subscription-based digital marketing services to end users for their own businesses.

B2B Sales Manager Responsibilities:

You manage an inside sales team will develop relationships with customers to drive ad revenue through a subscription model.

You coach your team to improve their KPIs, sales outcomes, quotas, etc.

You will educate the team on new sales features, products, lifecycles, virtual demonstrations, processes, tech, etc.

You will assure quality and correct details are used by the team in their selling process.

You will develop your individual team members by conducting regular 1:1s and help them reach their full potential.

You will meet / exceed certain KPIs to hit that will be relevant to both you and your team.

B2B Sales Manager Requirements:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, *must be from an in-person college or university, not online*

Must have at least 2 years of experience managing a B2B sales team of at least 5 or more salespeople.

Must have a resume showing a specific and proven track record of success hitting and / or exceeding KPIs as a Manager.

Must have steady history of employment and low employer changes over time.

Must be able to move to Virginia and do a hybrid schedule of 4 days per week on-site, no exceptions
