Solutions Architect

Critical, highly visible, and impactful technology leadership position for a ServiceNow Platform professional.

The role is for someone with an overall understanding and implementation experience across ServiceNow. You will participate as a key technical resource in design and development and technicaly lead a small team.

Some of the relevant modules you will work with include: ITSM, HRSD, CMDB and SPM. In this role, you will mentor developers and analysts as this is the highest level technical role on the team. Your ideas and decisions will come to fruition as long as they positively transform business processes, increase efficiencies, and drive tech enablement for the organization. You will likley expand your ServiceNow knowledge by increasing the number of modules due to the companies implementation schedule.

Title: ServiceNow Platform Architect

Salary: $97,000 – $160,000 USD

Location: Hartford, CT (East Coast – Remote)

Responsibilities:

Provide Technical leadership for the ServiceNow platform.

Mentor the small team comprised of Developers, Admins and Analysts

Convert existing workflows into ServiceNow standards

Design end to end ServiceNow solutions while maximizing out of the box features

Thorough understanding of the ServiceNow platform across relevant modules including ITSM, CMDB, SPM & HRSD

Be a Co-Platform owner with the current Tech leader

Be an “SME” when it comes to the ServiceNow platform as the senior person on the team

Skills:

BA/BS with a major in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Extensive years of working experience may be considered if the candidate were not have a formal degree

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow

ITIL and SDLC, CMDB Data Models, HTML, CSS and JavaScript

APIs such as REST & SOAP,

Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer,

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
