Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Quality Control for Printed Circuit Board at Mega Circuit, Inc. located in Addison, IL. As the Director of Quality Control, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control for our printed circuit board products. This includes developing and implementing quality control processes, managing a team of quality control professionals, and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field

Proven experience in quality control management, preferably in the printed circuit board industry

Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools

Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100 certification and other relevant quality management systems

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Previous experience in managing a team is a plus
