VP of Business Logistics Finance

We are working with the Global CFO of a well-known company in the transportation industry. They are looking for a dynamic VP of Business Logistics Finance to oversee the Americas similar to that of a regional CFO. This role offers a competitive salary w/ benefits including a hybrid schedule!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the Financial Planning, Strategy, Operations, and M&A on an international scale'

Support Head of Logistics and C-suite on long-term planning and performance management

Develop and mentor a team including a team of 6 (half of which is international)

Business partner with Global Operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor Degree in Finance; MBA or Master in International Finance Highly Preferred

10+ years of Finance experience within a large global company

Must be a CFO/ Head of Finance for an entity, region, or division

Logistics, Shipping, Transportation, or Retail Industry Highly Preferred

Must have corporate M&A experience (due-diligence, execution, and integration)
