In this role, you will be responsible for leading the performance marketing strategy and execution to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across digital channels. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand and ensuring that our marketing efforts are effective, efficient, and innovative.

Sr Director Performance Marketing - Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive website traffic and customer acquisition

Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement across all marketing channels.

Drive innovation and experimentation by testing new marketing channels, tactics, and strategies to unlock growth opportunities.

Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Sr Director Performance Marketing - Requirements:

Extensive experience within the consumer industry

Experience managing budgets $30m+

Strong performance marketing skills driving traffic and acquisition/conversion.

Previous experience managing marketing agencies

Strong communication and written skills.

Deep expertise in digital marketing channels including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
