Systems Administrator

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to maintain, upgrade, and manage our software, hardware, and networks.

Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.

You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.

Required 3-5 years' experience in system administration.

Must have experience working with iPost ( or comparable monitoring systems) and resolving vulnerability findings on desktops.

Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks.

Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.

Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.

Asset Management.

Desktop Support.

Desktop phone support.

Set up accounts and workstations.

Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.

Build/maintain an internal SOP with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

CompTIA Security+ certification is a plus

BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline

Local Travel to other facilities (Slight travel)

Required clearance: DoD Secret
