MOSS offers a supportive and flexible environment and schedule, including some remote work, as projects allow.

WHAT WE NEED

We're growing fast and looking for a Design Assistant to join our already amazing and dedicated team. The Design Assistant will support the Design team with various tasks related to customer service. Duties will include placing orders, delivering samples, taking notes in design review meetings, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn the remodeling design industry from the ground up, and gain experience working on projects.

The ideal candidate will be a team player who has a demonstrated passion for remodeling design, an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, supportive environment, and an enthusiastic understanding of MOSS’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

A demonstrated passion for home remodeling design

A record of high performance and professional achievement

Experience with CAD software, Chief Architect highly preferred

Strong customer service skills

Strong detail orientation, self-disciplined, creative, and confident, problem solving and job coordination skills, communication, and critical thinking skills

Interior Design or Architecture degree preferred

Some Kitchen and Bath design experiencepreferred
