What you’ll be doing...

With your superior sales expertise, excellent customer service skills, and excitement for technology, you'll offer exceptional and innovative business technology solutions that help businesses stay competive. Your primary objective will be in 2 segments. 1. managing a base of smb, mid size, and enterprise customers with sales and basic support. 2. Finding and closing new business.

Further objectives include:

Understanding and selling business technology products and services from multiple vendors, focused in 4 categories - Physical Security, Wireless, Cloud Voice & Data, Fleet Management to business customers.

Generating revenue and meeting sales targets.

Identifying and qualifying prospects within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and company provided campaigns.

Work with sales development reps to close their leads, work with your Solutions Engineer to build proposals, work with your project manager for deployments of products and services

Organizing Daily, weekly, monthly activities through G-Suite applications, and Hubspot.

Tracking and reporting prospects in a 30, 60, 90 day funnel, as well as managing new customer relationships.

What we’re looking for…

You’re a hunter who enjoys the thrill of cold calling. self-proclaimed tech person and thrive on crafting the right solution to solve a client’s problems. You are just as happy and motivated to work entirely alone, or in a team environment. You are great at explaining how complex technology can solve every day business problems—in language people understand. You don’t mind cold-calling because meeting new people and discovering their needs is what you enjoy. People seek you out for advice and counsel. You drive to win and take the initiative to close deals and help others around you.

You’ll need to have:

A willingness and humility to learn the process.

A smartphone (we provide a company laptop)

High speed, home internet

High School Diploma

Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Pass a basic background check and drug test.

Willingness to work from home or office.

Dual Monitors, or widescreen monitor

Willingness to travel on rare occasions.

A driver's license and vehicle

Even better if you have:

A bachelor's degree.

Business acquisition experience, including prospecting/cold calling.

Two or more years of business-to-business or outside sales experience.

SaaS sales experience.

Technology sales and educational experience.

Experience with sales force or a client management tool.

Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive sales teams.

Strong over the phone skills, as well as face to face presentation skills.

Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge.

Proven ability to create and maintain strong business relationships with all levels of client organizations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.

Willingness to evaluate current strategies and quickly transform when necessary.

Experience with contract negotiations, negotiation of deals and working with Finance for contracts.
