Twice Weekly needs to be updated with Stakeholders

FRLT Issue Log

60 Day Metrics Tracking (Share Deck)

Make Sure staying on track

Track Upcoming Training and Attestations

Create Attendance Training for team

Create attendance tracking tool through outlook or Sharepoint

PA backlog monitor and manage where we are and where we need to be against SLA

Enrollment and BI Tracking against SLA

Ad-Hoc project work as needed

Coordinate a weekly team touch base on all outstanding items for review and resolution
