Software Engineer

Our long-standing client, located in the Paoli, Pa is looking to hire a Full Stack .NET Software Developer to join their team as a full time team member. The .NET software developer will join an agile scrum team responsible for end-to-end development and delivery of their new Azure hosted, Angular, .Net Core product. Job Description

Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the design of quality technical solutions.

Develop applications to solve real-world customer needs.

Participate in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring and product evaluation.

Deliver quality, commercial ready code while creating a first-class user experience.

Incorporate new technologies and provide creative solutions to difficult technical challenges.

Deliver solutions that not only meet functional requirements but are scalable, reliable, secure, and optimized for performance.

Provide support for issues reported during the development life cycle and production.

Participate as a Scrum Team developer working closely with other Scrum Team members (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Quality Assurance team members, and other Development team members) to refine, score, develop, test and deliver user stories to add incremental value each sprint.

Required Skills

5+ years of hands on experience developing with ASP.NET (C#) and SQL Server.

Experience developing Angular UIs using Angular 2.0 or greater is a plus

+5 years of hands experience developing products hosted w/in the Azure cloud environment.

Deep knowledge of .NET Core, API’s, HTML, CSS, TypeScript and JavaScript.

Proven problem solver w/ strong communication skills and a mindset of individual responsibility.

Desired Skills

Experience developing and supporting a Docker hosted SAAS product.

Experience with development patterns, such as TDD, DDD, BDD, SOA, IOC, and CQRS

Experience with DevOps patterns and technologies, such as CI/CD, Octopus Deploy, TeamCity, and GIT.

Experience with SDLC tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, and Zephyr

Experience developing secure, SSO, HIPAA-compliant architectures that will withstand the scrutiny of external audits.

Experience with Snowflake, Azure Synapse (Data Warehouse), Tableau or similar technologies.
