We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Designer/Creative Director to drive the creative vision for the brand with visually engaging and high-end digital content for our digital marketing initiatives and DTC business. As a key member of our growing team, you will report to the Director of DTC and Digital Marketing and will have a direct impact on the growth and success of Qunol. You must be comfortable remaining hands-on when it comes to concepting, obsessed with execution and a deep understanding of design, while also be able to direct and lead the creative function to support the strategic goals of the organization and its brands and you will work at the intersection of brand, UX and performance marketing team.

Responsibilities:

Ideate, innovate, and design supporting assets for large scale digital campaigns, with a focus on cohesive digital/e-commerce campaigns across desktop and mobile, including site banners, landing pages, emails, and paid media

Conceptualize and produce social content (still posts, GIFs, Instagram stories, etc.) as needed, including shooting, retouching, and guiding external agencies/creators

Design engaging email campaigns that drive customer engagement, click-through rates, and sales.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriters, and photographers, to ensure cohesive and impactful digital campaigns.

Own and lead the UX design, strategy, and execution for Qunol.com with a key focus on revamping the designs to deliver outsized improvements with the brand's aesthetic, is user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.

Possess and master the latest design trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging digital/creative technologies available.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Minimum of 7+ years of working experience as a graphic designer in a digital and ecommerce environment that focuses on CPG

Mastery of Adobe CS5+ Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design required; basic Microsoft Office application knowledge

Extreme attention to detail, including top-notch organizing and multitasking skills to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly

A strong portfolio showcasing brand experience across digital surfaces

Bottom funnel Video production ability will be preferred.

The ability to work independently to explore concepts from beginning to end, while seeking healthy feedback loops with your ideas

Solid knowledge of web design principles

Ability to safeguard brand style guides

Shopify experience would be nice

Strong executor who is comfortable being entrepreneurial

Thrives in a fast-paced business environment with an ability to adapt quickly to change

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
